RHOMB is a Leadership Intelligence Platform. It produces structured, evidence-led assessments of leaders and leadership teams - helping boards, PE firms, founders, and senior operators make better decisions before they become expensive ones.

It is not a recruitment firm. It is not a coaching practice. It is not a psychometric tool. It sits in the pre-decision space; before a hire, before a promotion, before a restructure, before an acquisition.

Most adjacent services rely on interviews, personality tools, or relationship-driven judgement. RHOMB is built to separate evidence from performance - and interpretation from theatre.

How RHOMB scores Leadership

Every leader assessment produces three primary scores:

MPS - Market Positioning Score

Backward-looking. What the market has already paid this person to do, at what scale, and with what level of accountability. Not what their CV says - what the market has evidenced.

MFI - Market Fit Index

Forward-looking. What they are likely to deliver in their next role, in the right context. Not potential in the abstract - predictive readiness based on pattern and trajectory.

Delta (MPS minus MFI)

The gap. Positive Delta means under-leveraged capability the market hasn't fully recognised. Negative Delta means over-positioning or risk. The gap most decisions don't see.

Leaders are placed in one of eight Group Bands (G1–G8), anchored to real salary ranges and governance structures across UK logistics. Titles become irrelevant. Peer comparison becomes meaningful.

What makes RHOMB different
